Item came in quickly. Was packaged very well. Installation was easy and worked like it was supposed to. Only complaint, is that I would have liked for instructions to be included in the box for replacing damaged lamp. I looked it up online and it was very easy.

When I called several repair shops locally to repair my rear projection TV the estimates were coming back at $500.00 labor and almost $250.00 for the lamp. I found this factory lamp for $150, shipped free, and installed it myself with the factory instructions included with the lamp. What a great deal.
