"Product meets all our needs in all categories..." 2010-01-31

This, our first flat screen TV, was purchased as a gift. It arrived promptly, was well packed, and in perfect condition. Set up was very easy and the performance is excellent.

 "Great Picture; Terrible Sound" 2010-01-13
By D. P. Lenihan (Chicago)
This looks like a great compact TV until you listen to it and try to connect it to headphones or a stereo system -- Just not possible. No audio output so if you don't like the sound, or you want to put it in a bedroom and not disturb your partner... you're out of luck. My smaller and cheaper TVs have an audio output that you can plug in a set of headphones or connect to a stereo.. So unless you LOVE the sound, better look at other options.

Nice lcd, easy to use and looks nice. But the picture quality is not that great. My Panasonic is much better.

 "Good for the value." 2009-12-10
By Jeff Soper (Bloomington, IN USA)
This is a welcome addition to my bedroom, has ample inputs for my sattelite reciever, DVD Player, and even a computer. Simple to set up, pretty much programmed itself (it takes about 15 to scan all channels and signal types)and looks great. The hidden speakers are quite cool because they do not require extended case size to accomidate them. Obviously this does not have booming bass or anything like that, but is sounds good. The energy settings allow for dimming the screen, which is handy in a dark room. The only think I wish it did was display 2 inputs at once, for example show the computer and the TV input at the same time. But I am frugal and this does not detract from my enjoyment of this TV.

 "Umm...is this an HDTV?" 2009-12-23
By Monica Iluyomade
I bought this television to replace my "HD monitor" and honestly I can't really see any difference. It irritates me that I just sunk 300 dollars on mediocre visual quality. Maybe the more expensive Samsungs have better pictures or maybe I just don't know how to adjust the settings correctly. Either way I'm gonna be feeling pretty depressed over Christmas.

This is the second Samsung 22" LN22B360 model that I purchased in the last month

(returned the first one to BestBuy) and BOTH sets have problem with the power cord

- it does not properly fit in the pronged receptacle on back of TV. I had to DUCT TAPE

it to get it to stay in. Even then it is a tenuous fix at best.

I am less than pleased with this set to say the least. My Mother also purchased this

set and the cord is an issue w/ her set also. Additionally, her set has major annoying

"crackkng" sounds when set is on and after it is turned off (for up to 20 mn). She

returned it to Samsung for repairs and they did not fix it - it still cracks.

Samsung should be renamed Samsuck.

Very happy with this television. It's light weight and has a great streamlined design. The picture quality is very good and it's easy to use--nice features.

 "LG T.V." 2009-12-11
By Heller (jacksonville fl)
I'm looking for a 22/23 inch T.V. for bedroom. I have noticed thse sets all have volume problem. I went thru HELL

to get a 40 inch LG replaced because there was no volume. I finally called LG. They asked me could I turn the set around and tell them how it was connected. I did and they explained the outputs were bad whatever that is. I also had a DVD player (LG) which had the same problem you needed ear buds to hear it. They let me return it and refunded my money. The quality of the picture in all these were terrific but the volume is terrible.
